Core Values:

Values are ideals that guide our personal conduct, relationship with others, and our involvement in our career.

Core Values help us to distinguish what is right from what is wrong and inform us on how you can conduct a meaningful way.

Love, Love, Love...: Where love and charity are, God is always there. Loving God with above all else will always activate a loving act of charity. "In all things charity" (Col 3:14)

Integrity: The truth is our banner! Transparency is our daily way of life. We recognize the need for absolute honesty in every thing we do and say.. "In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us" (Titus 2:7-8)

Humility: For all of us success and failures, we give God the glory, praise and worship. We duly recognize that Mount Tabor Ministries are His work and all who are part of our team become vessels of His power and purpose. "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves" (Philippians 2:3)

Excellence: The call of God requires a commitment to give the best you can and beyond. All of us will work together so that we may pass this test. "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things." (Philippians 4:8)

Accountability: Mount Tabor Ministries has a set of core values and procedures that will make our ministry 'one body' under Christ. We will all be accountable for the task the Lord has entrusted both as individuals and as a team. "Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God" (Romans 3:19)

Tolerance: Tolerance describes attitudes and practices that prohibit discrimination against anyone. At Mount Tabor Ministries, we will not discriminate on any basis such as color, creed, religious beliefs, social status, etc.. In the inherent worth of every person, people are worthy of respect, support, and caring simply because they are human. "I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and in thought." (1 Corinthians 1:10)
